We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the Web Site is offered at any time.
Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective once published on this web page.
You should check the terms and conditions regularly to make sure that you are aware of and complying with

Business Terms
Prices stated on this site are all inclusive of VAT (currently 17.5%) Excluding Delivery .
Payment accepted by credit/debit card. Goods are not sold on a trial basis and can only be returned if faulty
or have been damaged in transit. All goods remain property of MP3tech until paid for in full.
Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to change without notice. All online financial transactions
are processed via secure systems.

Please check all connections, wiring, formatting, etc.. Please also refer to the handbook for accurate directions and make every effort to ensure that the unit is faulty before returning it.

Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this,
please e-mail us or write to us within the first 7 working days ** 
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are
packaged adequately to protect against damage and must be trackable.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us,
and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or mis- describe

D.O.A (Dead on Arrival) or faulty within 28 days
If an item is sent out and is damaged in transit, does not fulfil the advertised
functions or is defective, then notification must be made in writing within 28 days. We will either
collect the unit and replace it or ask you to send to unit in and return postage will be repaid
(at a pre agreed postage rate) A valid RMA must accompany the returning item.

Warranty claims after 28 days
If an item has a fault after 28 days, then the unit must be returned to us with a
valid returns number, the item will be assessed and checked, if found faulty a
repaired/ replacement unit will be sent.

If a replacement for the original item is not available, an alternative item will be offered or a
refund will be issued, at the sole discretion of MP3tech
If item that is returned with a fault and is found to have no fault, the item will be returned to
the customer at the customer’s expense. An administration charge will also be applied for
any items returned under false pretences or without a valid RMA number
